摘要
运用文献资料法、实践法、问卷调查法、归纳总结法等研究方法对山地户外竞赛的特点进行研究,结果表明:山地户外竞赛具有比赛环境复杂、竞赛里程长、赛事艰苦;运动技术、技能涉及面广;竞赛装备类型与数量多;强调团队配合等特点。在对高水平运动员应具备的素质能力进行分析的基础上,对中国地质大学(北京)山地户外运动队的培养实践过程,从运动员选材、训练计划制定、训练方法、训练管理及训练影响因素等方面进行较为全面分析与总结。
This paper studies the characteristics of mountain outdoor competition by using the methods of literature review, practice law and questionnaire survey. The results show that umuntain outdoor contest teatures include the following areas： complex environment, long mileage, hard process, wide skill coverage, umlti-type and quantity of contest equipments and strong teamwork. On the basis of the analysis of the quality and ability of the high-level athletes, the research makes comprehensive analysis and summary on the mountain outdoor cuhivation practice process of high-level sports teams of China University of Geosciences （Beijing） , including the selection of ath- letes, training plans, training methods, training management and training impact factors.
