摘要
随着经济全球化的加速,"开放发展,互利共赢"成为大多数国家对外合作的理念。"一带一路"倡议依靠我国现有基础,应运而生且行之有效。随着此战略建设的持续推进,我国海外劳工的数量亦日益攀升,遭遇风险与危机的可能性不断加大,其人身、财产甚至生命等权益保障问题日益突出。海外劳工的权益保护问题不仅关系其个人安危,对"一带一路"的顺利推进也起着至关重要的作用。"他山之石,可以攻玉。"我国应该吸取其他国家在保障海外劳工权益方面的先进经验,不断完善劳工法,为海外劳工提供更加可靠的法律保障。
With the acceleration of economic globalization,“opening up, development and mutual benefit” has become the concept of foreign cooperation in most countries.“The Belt and Road” strategy relies on the existing foundation of China and has emerged as the times require. With the continuous advancement of this strategic, the number of overseas laborer in China has also been rising, and the possibility of encountering risks and crises has been increasing. The protection of personal rights, property and even life has become increasingly prominent. The issue of protecting the rights and interests of overseas workers is not only related to their personal safety, but also plays a vital role in the advancement of “the Belt and Road”. By other's faults, wise men correct their own. China should learn from the advanced experience of other countries in protecting overseas workers, and constantly improve the labor law to provide more reliable legal protection for them.
