摘要
近年来,我国外派劳务人员在境外遭受工伤损害后难以获得充分和有效赔偿的事件频繁发生。通过明确对外劳务合作的劳动关系性质、扩大我国劳动法规的域外适用、完善对外劳务合作相关合同、增加工伤损害的赔偿方式、对外缔结相关国际条约等方式,保障外派劳务人员的工伤损害赔偿权益,促进我国对外劳务合作业务的健康发展。
With the development of expatriate workers service cooperation, sometimes expatriate workers could not obtain adequate compensation after the work - related injury. By clarifying the labor relations, improving the related contract, increasing the com- pensation ways, signing the treaties on the protection of migrant workers' rights, it can protect the expatriate workers' interests to the greatest extent, and also promote the development of China ' s expatriate workers service cooperation.
