摘要
高校教学评价要转向以学生学习为中心,关键在于形成有效的落地举措和显示度高的过程证据。高校教学质量评价改进应在推动学评教向学议教、由督教向督学的适切转变的基础上,真正做实以学为中心的教改教研制度、强化学生考学评学制度、探索实施述学赛学制度,从而在渐进式改进中完善以学为中心的"教"与"学"质量评价保障体系。
College teaching evaluation should be effectively switched to a student-centered basis.To turn teaching quality evaluation to students’ learning process,the key lies in the formation of effective testing measures and highly demonstrative process evidence.The improvement of teaching quality evaluation in colleges and universities should be on the basis of promoting the appropriate changes from student-evaluate-teaching model to student-discuss-teaching model,from supervising teaching to supervising learning.We also need to strengthen the teachers' researching ability,highlight the students' performance in examinations and carry out studying competitions among students.Therefore,we can set up a new effective guarantee system for student-centered teaching and learning.
