摘要
采用金相显微镜、直读光谱仪、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和能谱分析仪等分析方法,对某炼化厂连续重整预加氢换热器E-101D管束钢(0Cr18Ni10Ti)穿孔进行失效分析。分析结果表明:管束的成分及组织均符合设计要求,但其中的夹杂物(氧化钛)使钢的强度、塑性、韧性及抗疲劳性能下降;管束的穿孔是由内外壁同时腐蚀的结果,氯离子是引起不锈钢点蚀的主要原因,而氯离子的来源是停工期间化学清洗所带入的。
Perforation failure analysis was carried out on tube bundle steel(0Cr18Ni10Ti)of pre-hydrogenation heat exchanger E-101 D in continuous catalytic reforming unit by means of metallographic microscope,direct reading spectrometer,X-ray diffraction(XRD)and energy spectrum analyzer.The results showed that tube bundle composition and microstructure met the design requirements,but the performance of steel strength,plasticity,toughness and fatigue resistance was degraded by titanium oxide included in the steel.Tube bundle perforation resulted from simultaneous action of inner and outer wall caused by chloride ion coming from chemical cleaning during shutdown.
