摘要
提出了一种以乌洛托品、葡萄糖酸钠、1,4-丁炔二醇、十二烷基硫酸钠、0P-10乳化剂等为主要成份的盐酸缓蚀抑雾剂配方,并对其添加量和温度对缓蚀抑雾效果的影响进行了研究,进行了详细的现场应用对比试验,抑雾率可以达到80%以上,效果明显。
A complex passivant for pickling of carbon steel in HCl pickle was developed which is composed mainly of urotropine, sodium glucoheptonate, 1,4-butyne glycol, sodium dodecyl sulfate, OP-10 emulsifier. Influence of dose and temperature on the effectivenes of the passivant in inhabition of oorrosion and fogging was investigated. Application of the passivant in practice showed that the effectiveness of the passivant in inhabiting fogging reaches above 8%.
