摘要
大型板材酸洗过程中产生大量酸雾,目前生产中普遍用来处理酸雾的槽边抽风法和静电除雾法存在投资大、占地多、设备易损坏等缺点。最近发展起来的浮球法虽然可以解决上述问题,但是其抑雾率较低(90%左右),成本较高(850元/m^2)。为此,在浮球抑雾法的基础上添加复合抑雾剂开发了浮球-复合抑雾剂联合使用法。首先研究了乌洛托品(HMTA)、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠(AES)、葡萄糖酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、硫脲和OP-10乳化剂的浓度对抑雾性能的影响,得到抑雾性能较好的4种抑雾剂,通过正交试验得到最佳复合抑雾剂配方。将复合抑雾剂和浮球按不同比例混合,结果表明浮球-复合抑雾剂联合使用法在不同面积比下的抑雾率均优于浮球法。联合使用法的最优配方为PP六边实心浮球面积比0.9∶1.0+HMTA浓度0.20%+葡萄糖酸钠浓度0.30%+AES浓度0.30%+硫脲0.20%;该种方法的最佳抑雾率高达97%以上,且成本较低,具有很好的应用前景。
A lot of hydrochloric acid mist forms in the plate acid cleaning process. In this paper a new method of high demisting rate and low cost was introduced, which was called floating ball - compound acid mist inhibitor method through adding the compound acid mist inhibitor on the base of the floating ball method. First, the effects of concentrations of hexa - methylene - tetramine (HMTA) , polyoxyethylene lauryl ether sodium sulfate (AES) , sodium gluconate, sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate (SDBS) , thiourea and OP- 10 on the antifog performance were studied and four good acid mist inhibitors were selected. Then the orthogonal test was conducted and the best formula was obtained. Result showed that the demisting rate of floating ball - compound acid mist inhibitor method was superior to that of floating ball method at different area ratio when the compound acid mist inhibitor and floating bali were mixed together in definite proportions. The optimized parameters were as follows :area ratio 0.9 : 1.0, HMTA content( mass fraction relative to acid cleaning solution, similarly hereinafter) 0.20%, sodium gluconate 0.30%, AES 0.30%, thiourea 0.20%. The demisting rate of this method reached up to 97 % and the cost was low. Therefore, the method pres- ented very fine application prospects.
