摘要
为了解决在铸造行业中毛坯生产出来之后需要人力搬运进毛坯框中的问题,提高自动化程度,减轻劳动强度,研制了一种自动装框机。装框机分为两轴控制,利用步科触摸屏的组态功能,欧姆龙PLC的高速脉冲功能,控制两台伺服电机运行,实现水平方向与竖直方向的精确定位,满足了自动装框机的控制要求。
In order to solve the problem that the cylinder liner needs manpower to move into the blank frame after it is produced in the foundry industry,improve the automation degree and reduce the labor intensity,this paper presents an automatic frame-loading machine,which is divided into two-axis control.Utilizing the configuration function of the foot touch screen and the high-speed pulse function of Omron PLC and contraling the operation of two servo motors,it achieves accurate positioning in horizontal and vertical directions,which meets the control requirements of the automatic framing machine.
