摘要
介绍了复合材料C型梁零件加工技术现状,从材料性能、工艺性研究、外形和铺层设计、固化变形控制、厚度控制以及工装设计等方面进行综合分析,以便于工程技术人员在复合材料C型梁制造时设计合理的制造工艺,从而提升产品加工质量。
In this paper, the current situation of machining technology for composite C-shaped beam parts was introduced. The comprehensive analysis of material properties, processing properties, outline shape and ply design, curing deformation control, thickness control and mold design was carried out. It is beneficial for the engineers and technicians to design the reasonable manufacturing process for manufacturing the composite C-shaped bear and improve the quality of product processing.
