变厚度复合材料C型梁胶接固化成型技术改进及工艺优化

摘要 复合材料C型梁是飞机机翼结构中的主承力零件,研究C型梁的高质量成型对于飞机制造具有重要意义。本文介绍了一种变厚度复合材料C型梁的研制成型方法,对C型梁的结构特点和成型难点进行了分析,具体介绍了零件成型的工艺方案和零件成型的质量。结果表明,采用阳模铺贴固化、预压实、压力垫辅助成型、牺牲层胶接共固化等成型工艺方案研制的复合材料C型梁,零件表面质量、内部质量、外形、随炉试板性能等方面均满足零件设计和装配要求。 Composite C-beams are the main load-bearing components in aircraft wing structures,and it is of great significance to study the high-quality forming of C-beams for aircraft manufacturing.In this paper,the development and molding method of a variable thickness composite C-beam was introduced,the structural characteristics and molding difficulties of the C-beam were analyzed,and the process scheme of part forming and the quality of part forming were specified.The results showed that the composite material C-beam developed using molding processes such as convex mold placement and solidification,precompaction,pressure pad assisted molding,and sacrificial layer adhesive co-curing can meet the design and assembly requirements in terms of surface quality,internal quality,appearance,and furnace test plate performance of the parts.
