摘要
本文采用非线性有限元方法研究了复合材料层合板在固化后期降温过程的残余应力和变形问题。考虑了材料的热物理与力学性质随温度的变化以及变化率和应力间耦合的影响。给出了一些有意义的结果。
This paper deals with residual stresses and deformations of composite laminates during cooling down stage of curing process. The numerical results show that the nonlinearity of thermal physical and mechanical properties is important to predict residual stresses and deformations of composite laminates. The coupling effect between stress and change rate of mechanical properties with temperature must be taken into account in the residual stress and deformation analysis.
