摘要
民办非学历教育在发展过程中出现的一些问题,已引起国家层面高度重视。通过对民办非学历教育发展迅猛的昆山市的教育培训项目、学员分类和培训机构现状的调查分析及问题透视,提出促进民办非学历教育健康发展的对策建议:加快民办非学历教育发展步伐,要与经济社会发展水平相适应;拓展民办非学历教育培训项目,更好地满足社会大众教育需求;加大对失业人员、中(高)职学生等群体的培训力度,提升劳动者素质;加强民办非学历教育培训机构管理,提高办学质量。
The problems in the development of private non-academic education have attracted great attention at the national level.By investigating the educational training projects,student classification and training institutions in Kunshan City,where private non-academic education is developing rapidly,this paper analyzes the present situation of private non-academic education development,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the healthy development of private non-academic education according to the existing problems:to speed up the development of private non-academic education and to adapt to the level of economic and social development;to expand private non-academic education and training projects to better meet the needs of the public education;to increase the training of unemployed,secondary(high)vocational school students and other groups to improve the quality of workers;to strengthen the management of private non-academic education and training institutions so as to enhance the school running quality.
