摘要
如何满足日益增长的全民学习、终身学习的社会需求?从国际终身学习的发展形式来看,我们需要从提高学校教育体系的开放度、社会办学的参与度和质量保证的公正度等三个层面对现有教育体制和机制进行规划和设计,这应该是个不断发展、渐进变革的过程。终身教育体系的构建需要得到全社会的关注和支持,尤其是现有学校教育的积极回应。
How to meet the growing social needs of all people learning and lifelong learning? Comparing with the development patterns of international lifelong learning, the existing education system and mechanism in China need to be planned and designed to improve three levels,such as the openness of school educational system,the involvement degree of the social education and the fairness of quality assurance, which should be a process of continuous development and gradual revolution. The construction of life-long education system needs the attention and support from the whole society, especially the positive response of existing school education.
