摘要
介绍了湖北大峪口化工有限责任公司800 kt/a硫磺制酸装置节电改造情况。硫酸装置建设初期吨酸电耗为33 kWh,经对装置重点耗电设备运行情况总结分析后,对循环冷水泵进行了节能改造,优化冷却塔风机运行方式,装置耗电量明显下降。后期使用低温热回收系统自产0.8 MPa低压蒸汽驱动蒸汽汽轮机取代原有的高压电锅炉给水泵电机,实现了热能的梯级利用,装置吨酸电耗最低降至16 kWh,装置产品能耗从-142.37 kgce/t降至-175.29 kgce/t。
Energy saving upgrading of 800 kt/a sulphur-burning sulphuric acid plant in Hubei Dayukou Chemical Co.,Ltd.is introduced.Due to 33 kWh of tons of acid power consumption during initial operation,personnels analyzed operation status of key power consumption equipment,implemented energy saving upgrading to circulating cold water pump,optimized operation mode of cooling tower fans to significantly reduced power consumption.During later period,0.8 MPa low pressure steam produced from low-temperature heat recovery system drived steam turbine instead of original high-voltage boiler feed pump motor,realized thermal energy cascade utilization,resulting in lowest tons of acid power consumption reducing to 16 kWh,product energy consumption of plant decreasing from-142.37 kgce/t to-175.29 kgce/t.
