摘要
介绍了2×850 kt/a高浓度铜冶炼烟气制酸系统工艺流程,烟气SO2浓度高,采用预转化和二转二吸制酸工艺,总转化率达99. 85%。干吸工序设低温热回收系统,产0. 9 MPa低压饱和蒸汽约50t/h,同时将全厂60 t/h中压蒸汽冷凝水由50℃加热到约104℃,回收的热量相当于低压蒸汽5 t/h,使制酸装置热量回收利用最大化。
The process of the 2×850kt/a concentrated copper smelting flue gas sulphuric acid production system was introduced.The gas concentration was high.Total conversion rate was up to 99.85%by the pre-conversion and the two-stage conversion and two-stage absorption process.The low-temperature heat recovery system was designed in the dry-absorption unit to generate 50 t/h low-pressure saturated steam of 0.9 MPa.Meanwhile,the condensed water of the 60 t/h gross medium-pressure saturated steam was heated from 50℃to about 104℃.The recovered heat was equivalent to a 5 t/h low-pressure steam and the heat recovery from the sulphuric acid production system was maximized.
