摘要
老年教育事业在建设学习型社会中占据着毋庸置疑的重要地位。特别是在当前我国人口老龄化程度不断加剧下,迫切需要老年大学肩负起办好老年人满意教育的重要使命。本研究通过采用理论与实践相结合的方式,在对区域性老年大学的教育现状进行分析说明下,探索老年教育的新形式,并尝试提出提升老年大学服务质量的多元化措施,以此有效帮助实现我国老年教育的进一步发展与创新。
The education for the elderly plays an undoubtedly important role in the construction of a learning society.Especially in the current situation that the aging degree of China’s population is intensifying,there is an urgent need for elderly universities to shoulder the important mission of running a satisfactory education for the elderly.By combining theory with practice,this study analyzes the current situation of the education of regional elderly universities,explores a new form of education for the elderly,and tries to propose diversified measures to improve the quality of service for elderly universities.In this way,the further development and innovation of China’s elderly education can be realized.
