摘要
目的:探讨情景剧教学法结合科研设计的方式在《社区护理学》教学中的应用效果。方法:对91名护理本科生在《社区护理学》"社区健康促进与健康教育""家庭健康护理""社区妇女保健""社区儿童和青少年保健""社区慢病护理与管理"5个章节的教学中,采用情景剧视频结合科研设计的教学法,在理论课后学生编排情景剧,经修订后开展视频录制,并在第2次课上播放,全班学生以此为案例,绘制家系图,并提出社区护理诊断、社区护理措施,并设计一项科研题目。课程前后采用学习自我效能量表进行调查,课后采用自制调查表了解学生对情景剧的态度和知识掌握程度。结果:本组学生均能积极参与并完成情景剧的录制、课上的家系图的绘制、护理诊断和措施的书写;课后学生的"学习自我效能"有所提高; 90. 11%的学生认为情景剧录制增加了学习乐趣,超过80%的学生认可自我编排情景剧的录制,并认为这样的方式提高了自主学习能力,超过85%的同学认为这样的形式提高了知识的灵活使用,也提高了他们的学习积极性。结论:情景剧视频结合科研设计的教学法不仅有利于学生学习自我效能的提高,同时有利于学生关联知识的迁移运用、多方面能力的培养,是一种有利于提高学生综合运用知识能力的教学方法。
Objective:To explore the application effect of the melodrama teaching method combined with the scientific research design in community nursing teaching.Methods:In the teaching process of five chapters on“community health promotion and education”,“family health care”,“community women′s health care”,“community children and youth health care”,and“community chronic disease care and management”of Community Nursing to 91 nursing undergraduates,the teaching method of scenario drama video combined with scientific research design was adopted.After the theory class,the students arranged the melodrama.After the revision,they started video recording and played them in the second class.The whole class took them as a case to draw family tree,and proposed community care diagnosis,community care measures,and designed a scientific research topic.The self-efficacy scale of learning was used before and after the course to conduct surveys,while the self-made questionnaires were used to understand student′s attitude and knowledge of melodrama.Results:Students in this group were able to actively participate in and complete the recording of melodrama,the drawing of family tree in class and the writing of nursing diagnosis and measures.After the class,student′s“learning self-efficacy”has been improved.90.11%of the students thought that melodrama recording increased the fun of learning.More than 80%of the students accepted the recording of self-arranged melodrama,in this way,their independent learning ability was been improved.More than 85%of students thought that such forms improved the flexible use of knowledge and their learning enthusiasm.Conclusion:The teaching method of melodrama video combined with scientific research design is not only conducive to the improvement of student′s self-efficacy in learning,but also conducive to the transfer and application of related knowledge and the cultivation of multi-faceted abilities.It is a teaching method that is conducive to improving student′s comprehensive
