摘要
为了检测乳制品中的三聚氰胺,使用T-DNA-纳米氧化石墨烯荧光探针的方法。该方法灵敏度高,选择性好,检出浓度范围为50~1 000 nM,回收率76%~119%。该方法也可用于其他食品中三聚氰胺的测定。
To develop a new method for rapid determination of melamine in dairy products, the method of T-DNA-Rich graphene oxidenanoparticle were used. The method has strong sensi-tivity and selectivity, the detected limit is 50-1 000 nM, and the recovery are 76%-119%. It can also be used to determine the melamine of other foods.
