摘要
在培训过程中往往只把职业技术知识和操作技能的培养作为全部内容,长期以来未将职工心理素质和人格的培养纳入职业培训的内容。同时,我们在职业培训过程中对80后新生代的心理特征、思维方式和行为模式缺乏充分了解和认知。本文侧重对大型企业职工队伍中80后"新生代"在职业培训过程中容易被忽略的"人格要素"进行初步探讨并就人格心理学关于"健康人格和人格障碍"等内容如何促进职业培训等问题加以阐述。
But This type of training program only pays it’s full attention to job related technical knowledge and operational techniques without any coverage of psychological counseling and personality fostering. In the meantime, we are lack of cognitive knowledge, psychological traits, the way of thinking and behavioral pattern of those employees born after 1980s.This essay, with a focus on “personality traits” being neglected in the said vocational training program for the new generation of 1980s,is to discuss some issues related to “positive personality” and “negative personality” for the improvement of our vocational training program.
