摘要
警察职业人格特征“结构”与“问卷”均由责任感、独立敢为、开放性、理智性、机警性五个维度组成。问卷共有111个项目,分属于16个二级因素和五大维度。对509份有效资料进行项目筛选和信度效度分析的同时,重点分析了“警察职业人格特征结构”与“警察职业人格特征问卷”在内容与结构上的统一性和完整性。
The “structure”and”questionnaire” of police' professional character feature are both composed of 5dimentions: sense of responsibility, independence and resolution, open-mindedness, sensibility and vigilance. The questionnaire has 111items in all, which belong to 16 second-classed factors and 5 big dimentions respectively. As selecting items from 509 pieces of effective materials and analyzing credibility and effectiveness of them, the paper puts emphasis on the generality and integrity of “structure of police's professional character feature“and”questionnaire on police's professional character feature”on contents and structure.
