摘要
目的采用Kera!tograph眼表综合分析仪对2型糖尿病患者泪膜功能变化,为糖尿病患者干眼的早期诊治提供依据。方法随机选取2016年6月至2017年6月在我院眼科门诊就诊的2型糖尿病患者50例(双眼,糖尿病组)及非2型糖尿病患者50例(双眼,非糖尿病组),采用Keratograph眼表综合分析仪对所有患者平均泪膜破裂时间、首次泪膜破裂时间、泪河高度,泪膜脂质层厚度以及睑板腺完整度进行检查。结果糖尿病组患者泪膜破裂时间及泪河高度均显著低于非糖尿病组,P<0. 05,差异有统计学意义。糖尿病组患者脂质层厚度显著薄于非糖尿病组的患者,u=3. 671,P=0. 000。糖尿病组患者睑板腺丢失情况显著高于非糖尿病患者,u=3. 610,P=0. 000,差异有统计学意义。结论 Keratograph眼表综合分析仪能有效客观精确地评价糖尿病厅泪膜功能变化情况,有利糖尿病干眼患者的早期诊断及治疗。
Objective To provide evidence for early diagnosis and treatment for dry eye in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(DM)by observing the efficacy of Keratograph eye surface comprehensive analyzer on the tear film function in those patients.Methods 50 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(both eyes,diabetic group)and 50 patients without type 2 diabetes mellitus(both eyes,non-diabetic group)treated in the outpatient department of ophthalmology of our hospital from June 2016 to June 2017were randomly selected.The mean breakup time of tear film,first time of breakup of tear film,tear meniscus height,lipid layer thickness of tear film and integrity of meibomian glands of all the patients were examined by Keratograph eye surface comprehensive analyzer.Results Compared with the non-diabetic group,the diabetic groups featured significantly shorter breakup time of tear film and remarkably lower tear meniscus height,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The lipid layer of tear film in the diabetic group was notably thinner than that in the non-diabetic group,u=3.671,P=0.000.The diabetic group suffered from markedly more meibomian gland loss than the non-diabetic group,u=3.610,P=0.000,with statistical difference.Conclusion Keratograph eye surface comprehensive analyzer can effectively,objectively and accurately evaluate the changes of the tear film function in diabetic patients,which is beneficial to the early diagnosis and treatment for dry eye in patients with diabetes mellitus.
