阴津枯竭方加减联合人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼在应用Oculus眼表综合分析仪评价中的疗效分析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:探讨中药阴津枯竭方加减联合人工泪液治疗白内障术后干眼在应用Oculus眼表综合分析仪下的效果。方法:选取白内障术后干眼患者208例(104眼),随机分为观察组和对照组各104例(52眼)。观察组采用阴津枯竭方加减联合人工泪液治疗,对照组采用两种人工泪液治疗,均以1周为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,比较两组临床疗效和治疗后NIBUTf、NIBUTav、LTMH、眼红分级和荧光素染色评分的变化。结果:两组治疗后通过眼表综合分析仪评估各项指标均好于治疗前(P<0.05),同时观察组NIBUTav、眼红分级和荧光素染色评分指标疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:阴津枯竭方加减联合人工泪液对于改善白内障术后的干眼相比使用两种人工泪液有更好的临床疗效,是一种治病求本的方法。 Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with artificial tears in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery by using Oculus combined with artificial eye drops. Methods : A total of 208 pa- tients with dry eye after cataract surgery (n = 104) were randomly divided into observation group and control group (n = 104) (n = 52). The observation group was treated with Yinjin Kujie Decoction combined with artificial tear therapy and the control group used two kinds of artificial tears therapy, a week for 1 course, 2 courses of continuous treatment. We compared the clinical efficacy of 2 groups after treatment, NIBUTav, NIBUTf and LTMH, grading and fluoreseein stai- ning score changes. Results:The 2 groups'various indicators after treatment evaluated by ocular surface analyzer were bet- ter than those before treatment ( P 〈 0. 05 ), while the observation group's NIBUTav, grading and fluorescein staining score index were better than those of the control group ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : Yinjin Kujie Decoction combined with artificial tears after cataract surgery has better improving therapeutic effect of dry eye compared with two kinds of artificial tears.
