摘要
目的探讨中药熏眼联合睑板腺按摩治疗白内障术后干眼症患者的疗效。方法选取2018年12月—2020年2月石家庄市人民医院收治的白内障术后干眼症患者96例,依据随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组各48例。对照组给予睑板腺按摩治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予中药熏眼治疗。观察2组治疗前及治疗6周、12周后眼表体征评分、感觉性症状评分、中医症状(眼干涩、异物感、疲劳感、畏光、烧灼感)评分、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(SIT)、睑板开口状态评分及泪河高度,统计2组治疗12周后临床疗效及治疗过程中不良事件发生情况。结果治疗6周、12周后2组眼表体征评分、感觉性症状评分、中医各项症状评分、睑板开口状态评分均明显低于治疗前(P均<0.05),且研究组均明显低于同期对照组(P均<0.05);2组BUT、SIT、泪河高度均明显高于治疗前(P均<0.05),且研究组均明显高于对照组(P均<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率为93.8%(45/48),对照组为79.2%(38/48),研究组明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良事件发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中药熏眼联合睑板腺按摩治疗白内障术后干眼症疗效确切,能有效减轻眼表体征、感觉性症状及中医症状,调节BUT、SIT,改善睑板开口状态,且安全。
Objective It is to explore the curative effect of fumigating eyes with traditional Chinese medicine combined with meibomian gland massage on dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods A total of 96 patients with dry eye after cataract surgery who were admitted to Shijiazhuang People’s Hospital from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into a study group and a control group according to a random number table,with 48 cases in each group.The control group was given meibomian gland massage therapy,and the study group was given fumigating eyes with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the control group.The scores of ocular surface signs,sensory symptoms,TCM symptoms(dry eyes,foreign body sensation,fatigue,photophobia,burning sensation),tear film break up time(BUT)and schirmer I test(SIT),the scores of meibomian opening status and tear river height before treatment,6 weeks and 12 weeks after treatment were observed in the 2 groups,the clinical efficacy of the two groups after 12 weeks of treatment and the occurrence of adverse events during the treatment were evaluated.Results After 6 weeks and 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of ocular surface signs,sensory symptoms and each TCM symptom,and tarsal opening status in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group at the same period(P<0.05);the BUT,SIT,and tear river height in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.8%(45/48),and that in the control group was 79.2%(38/48),the study group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Fumigating eyes with traditional Chinese medicine combined with meibomian gland massage is effective i
