摘要
目的 研究滋阴补肾中医疗法联合超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗老年性白内障预后与细胞自噬的相关机制。方法 选取2019年8月—2021年8月眼科收入的76例老年性白内障患者展开研究,按照信封原则划分为研究组38例和对照组38例,对照组采用超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用滋阴补肾中医疗法,比较治疗后血清炎症因子、泪膜功能、自噬相关蛋白表达水平以及术后并发症发生情况。结果 治疗后,研究组并发症率5.26%(2/38),对照组并发症率10.53%(4/38),两组比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;研究组BUT高于对照组,SDES评分低于对照组,C反应蛋白(CRP)、白介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平均比对照组低,研究组血清中自噬相关蛋白LC3-Ⅱ、Beclin-l表达水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 滋阴补肾法联合超声乳化人工晶状体植入术治疗老年性白内障安全有效,可有效恢复患者泪膜功能,降低炎症因子水平,考虑与调控细胞自噬机制相关。
Objective To study the mechanism of prognosis and autophagy of nourishing Yin and nourishing kidney method combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in the treatment of senile cataract.Methods A study was carried out on 76 patients with senile cataract who received ophthalmology income from August 2019 to August 2021.According to the envelope principle, they were divided into a study group of 38 cases and a control group of 38 cases.The control group was treated with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation.On the basis of the control group, the study group used Chinese medicine for nourishing Yin and nourishing kidney to compare levels of serum inflammatory factors, tear film function, autophagy-related protein expression and postoperative complications after treatment.Results After treatment, the complication rate of the study group was 5.26%(2/38),and that of the control group was 10.53%(4/38).And there was no significance(P>0.05).The tear film rupture time(BUT) of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the dry eye symptom score(SDES) was lower than that of the control group.The levels of interleukin 6(IL-6) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) were lower than those of the control group.The expression levels of autophagy-related proteins LC3-II and Beclin-l in the study group were higher than those of the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of nourishing Yin and nourishing kidney combined with phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation is safe and effective in the treatment of senile cataract.It can effectively restore the tear film function of patients and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.It is considered to be related to the mechanism of regulating autophagy.
