摘要
当前,积极应对老龄化成为国家的重要战略举措。养老、孝老、敬老的政策体系和社会环境,医养结合的推进,老龄事业和产业的加快发展都需要人才支撑和保障。涉老人才队伍建设重点在于三个维度:发展老年教育;积极开发老年人力资源;健全涉老人才培养体系。
At present,active aging is an important strategic measure for the country to cope with the issue of aging.The policy system and social environment of old-age care,filial piety and respect for the elderly,the advancement of medical care,and the accelerated development of the old-age cause and industry require talent support and guarantee.The key points in the construction of the old talent team lie in three dimensions:developing the elderly education,actively developing the elderly human resources,and improving the training system for the elderly.
