摘要
目的探讨医院社区一体化PICC维护技术推广网络的构建和实施。方法建立医院社区一体化PICC维护技术推广网络,确立PICC维护技术推广网络的主要工作内容,对PICC带管出院患者,实行医院社区一体化管理。结果已有网络成员单位22个,120名二级网点PICC维护员,接受电话咨询200余次,以QQ群解决置管及维护问题约100余次,服务人员外出进行置管及维护会诊20次。网络建立后,导管相关并发症的总发生率由24.7%下降到11.7%,患者满意率提高7%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论医院社区一体化PICC维护技术推广网络的构建,减少占用大医院卫生资源,缓解就医压力,能够帮助患者方便快捷地就近解决实际问题,节约时间和费用。
Objective To explore the construction and implementation of the integrated hospital-community network of PICC maintenance technology promotion.Methods The integrated hospital-community network of PICC maintenance technology promotion was established,and the main work contents of the network were determined.Integrated hospital-community management was adopted for discharged PICC patients.Results There were 22 member units in the network and 120 PICC maintainers at secondary sites.The network received over 200 telephone consultations,and solved more than 100 problems of catheterization and maintenance through QQ group.The service personnel went out for catheterization and maintenance consultations for 20 times.After the establishment of the network,the total incidence of catheter-related complications decreased from 24.7%to 11.7%,and the patient satisfaction rate increased by 7%.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion The construction of the integrated hospital-community network of PICC maintenance technology promotion reduces the health resources occupation in large hospitals and relieves the pressure on medical care system.It can help patients solve practical problems conveniently and quickly,therefore saving time and expenses.
