摘要
目的探讨PICC维护网络的构建与管理方法。方法建立医院PICC维护网络服务部,确立社区及县乡镇维护网络医院及PICC维护网络小组;对网络维护成员进行培训,建立联系表;建立PICC患者置管维护档案,对其本人及家属实施健康教育以及居家护理服务等,并开展PICC维护专家门诊。结果维护网络医院有23所,157名网络维护成员接受培训并通过考核。共接受患者电话咨询800余次,网络维护成员外出会诊320余次;118例留置PICC患者在实施网络维护过程中5例发生并发症,其中堵管1例,穿刺点感染1例,导管部分脱出1例,皮肤过敏1例,置管肢体肿胀1例;97.50%的患者对网络维护点的服务态度、维护技术和收费感到满意。结论 PICC维护网络的建立,满足了带管出院患者对延续护理服务的需求。
Objective To explore the building and management methods of PICC maintenance network.Methods The methods included establishing the hospital PICC maintenance network service department and the community,county and townships network maintenance hospitals and staffs.The network maintenance staffs were trained,and contact table was established.The PICC maintenance records was built for patients,health education and home service was implementated for patients and the families and the expert outpatient of PICC maintenance was developed.Results There were 23 hospitals and 157 network maintenance crews that formed the network unit and received the training.Telephone counseling were exceeded 800 times and PICC team members went out for consultation were exceeded over 320 times.Among the 118 patients with indwelling PICC,5 cases were occurred complications of plug pipe in 1 case,puncture point infection in 1 case,catheter partly out in 1 case,skin allergy in 1 case and catheter limb swelling in 1 case.About 97.50％ of the patients were satisfied with the service attitudes,maintenance technology and charges of network maintenance point.Conclusion The building of PICC maintenance network can meet the needs of discharged PICC patients with tubes for continuing nursing care.
