摘要
介绍了P&H4100XPC电铲电气系统的组成部分、工作原理与性能特点,详细分析了该型号电铲的供电系统、分布式控制系统、电机驱动控制系统、无功功率补偿(RPC)系统的调试方法及步骤。通过实践证明,电铲电气控制系统经过全面细致的调试后,电气系统的故障率得到明显下降,可靠性得到提高,方便了日后的维修和维护工作。
This article introduces the components,working principle and performance characteristics of P&H4100XPC shovel electrical system,and analyses the debugging methods and steps of the power supply system,distributed control system,motor drive control system and reactive power compensation(RPC)system in detail.Through practice,it has been proved that the failure rate of electric shovel electric control system has been obviously reduced,the reliability is improved,and the maintenance and maintenance work in the future is convenient.
