摘要
目的分析阴道超声检测卵泡发育在治疗女性不孕症中的作用观察。方法将在我院就诊的124例不孕症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为对照组、观察组各62例,对照组采用传统腹部超声检测,并通过基础体温、测定E2水平、排卵试纸测定排卵情况与卵泡发育,并实施治疗;观察组运用阴道超声检测卵泡发育后再实施治疗;比较两组受孕成功率、排卵与卵泡成熟情况。结果经治疗后观察组与对照组卵泡发育成熟情况对比有显著差异(P <0. 05);且观察组受孕成功率明显高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论临床中对不孕症女性使用阴道超声检查卵泡发育情况,再给予指导性治疗,有助于促进卵泡成熟与排卵,提高患者受孕成功率,对治疗女性不孕症具有重要作用,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of vaginal ultrasonography in the effection of female infertility.Methods 124 cases of infertility patients in our hospital were divided into the control group and the observation group on average using the random digital table method,The patients in the control group were checked by the traditional abdominal ultrasonography and were treated according the basic body temperature,E2 level,and the ovulation and follicular development by using ovulation test strip.The patients of the observation group were treated according the results of vaginal ultrasonography.The success rate of pregnancy and the ovulation and follicle maturation were compared between the two groups.Results As compared with the control group,the follicular maturation in the observation group was higher( P<0.05).The success rate of pregnancy in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group( P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,using vaginal ultrasonography to check follicle development in infertile women,and then giving guidance treatment,will help to promote follicular maturation and ovulation,and improve the success rate of pregnancy.It plays an important role in the treatment of female infertility,and it is worthy of clinical promotion.
