摘要
目的:探究补肾培元养宫汤联合仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜致不孕症的临床效果。方法:选择阳江市中医医院2018年12月-2020年12月收治的100例薄型子宫内膜致不孕症女性为对象,采用抛硬币法分为常规组(50例)与联合组(50例),常规组采用生物反馈盆底电子治疗仪治疗,联合组在常规组基础上服用补肾培元养宫汤治疗。疗程均为3个月经周期,治疗结束后比较两组治疗前后子宫内膜厚度、子宫内膜血流信号、子宫血流动力学、生殖内分泌激素水平,观察两组妊娠率及安全性。结果:两组治疗前子宫内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组子宫内膜厚度均高于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组高于常规组(P<0.05);两组治疗前子宫内膜血流信号的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后联合组子宫内膜血流信号优于治疗前与常规组(P<0.05);两组治疗前搏动指数(Pulse Index,PI)与阻力指数(Resistant Index,RI)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组PI、RI低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组低于常规组(P<0.05);两组治疗前雌二醇(Estradiol,E2)、促卵泡成熟激素(Follicle Stimulating Hormone,FSH)、孕酮(Progesterone,P)水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组E2、P水平高于治疗前,FSH水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),联合组E2、P水平高于常规组,FSH水平低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组累计临床妊娠率高于常规组(P<0.05);两组治疗期间均未发生严重不良事件。结论:补肾培元养宫汤联合仿生物电刺激治疗薄型子宫内膜致不孕症效果优于仿生物电刺激,可增加子宫内膜厚度,改善子宫内膜血流动力学,调节生殖内分泌激素水平,提升临床妊娠率,安全性高。
Objective:To explore clinical effects of the Bushen Peiyuan Yanggong decoction(补肾培元养宫汤)plus bio-electric stimulation on thin endometrial infertility.Methods:100 cases from December 2018 to December 2020 were selected as subjects and divided into the routine group(50 cases)and the combined group(50 cases)by coin toss method.The routine group was treated by a biofeedback pelvic floor electronic therapeutic apparatus,and the combined group was additionally treated with the Bushen Peiyuan Yanggong decoction.The course of treatment was both 3 menstrual cycles in the two groups.Results:After treatment,the endometrial thickness in the two groups were both higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and in the combined group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial blood flow signal in the combined group was better than before treatment and the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PI and RI levels in the two groups were lower than before treatment(P<0.05),and in the combined group were lower than the routine group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of E2 and P in the two groups were higher than before treatment,and in the combined group was higher than the routine group.The FSH level in the two groups were lower than before treatment,and in the combined group was lower than the routine group(P<0.05).The clinically cumulative pregnancy in the combined group was higher than the routine group(P<0.05).There was no seriously adverse events during the treatment in the two groups.Conclusion:The Bushen Peiyuan Yanggong decoction plus bio-electric stimulation is better than bio-electric stimulation in treating thin endometrial infertility.It can increase endometrial thickness,ameliorate endometrial hemodynamics,regulate reproductive endocrine hormone level,and improve clinical pregnancy,with high safety.
