超声技术在排卵异常表征疾病中的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:建立超声诊断数字图像辅助分析工具,以解决排卵异常超声诊断方法缺乏量化工具的问题,为临床卵泡监测、排卵异常表征不孕症辅助诊断及用药指导提供技术支持。方法:研究排卵异常检测现状,采用超声图像处理技术监测卵泡发育方案,对超声诊断图像进行自动化数据特征分析及高通量特征提取,实现卵泡及子宫内膜智能分割,自动测量卵泡最大径长度及子宫内膜厚度,为分析及评估排卵状态提供技术支持。结果:通过构建超声图像处理技术监测卵泡方法,能够为卵泡周期监测提供直观量化工具,提高了超声检测的直观性,为超声检测提供了量化分析工具。超声图像辅助分析与腹腔镜检测结果比较,卵泡未发育状态、小卵泡未发育成熟和卵泡黄素化均具有较高的准确性,其差异无统计学意(F-crit=161.4476,P>0.05)。结论:采用超声图像处理技术监测卵泡,降低了超声检测诊断的难度以及缺乏量化工具等问题,该方法具有精度高、抗干扰能力强等优点。在排卵异常辅助诊断中具有实践意义和研究价值。 Objective:To establish an auxiliary analysis tool of digital image of ultrasound diagnosis,so as to resolve the problem that the ultrasound diagnosis lacked quantification tool for abnormal ovulation,and to provide technical support for clinically follicular monitoring,assisted diagnosis and medication guidance of infertility with the representation of abnormal ovulation.Methods:The current situation of detection for abnormal ovulation was studied,and processing techniques of ultrasound image were adopted to monitor the scheme of follicular development.The automatic data characteristics analysis and feature extraction of high throughput were implemented on the image of ultrasonic diagnosis so as to realize the intelligent segmentation for follicle and endometrium,and automatically measure the maximum length of diameter of follicle and the thickness of endometrium,which could provide technique support for analyzing and assessing the situation of ovulation.Results:The constructed method of monitoring follicles by ultrasound image processing technique can provide an intuitively quantitative tool for monitoring follicular cycle.Meanwhile,it improved the accuracy of ultrasound testing and provided a quantitative analysis tool for ultrasonic testing.Compared with the results of laparoscopic examination,the auxiliary analysis of ultrasonic image had higher accuracies in the underdevelopment situation of follicle,immaturely small follicle and luteinization of follicle,and the differences of them between the two methods were not significant(F-crit=161.45,P>0.05).Conclusion:The processing technique of ultrasound image of monitoring follicle can reduce the difficulty of the diagnosis of ultrasonic testing and resolve the problems such as the lack of quantitative tools and so on.It has the advantages of high precision and strongly anti-interference ability,which has practical significance and research value in the auxiliary diagnosis of abnormal ovulation.
