摘要
针对生产现场炉前分析需要,研制了快速元素分析仪,对铁基合金中Mo元素的发射光谱进行了分析研究,结果表明:(1)对Fe基合金中Mo元素进行定量分析,可以使用Mo281.62 nm作为分析谱线、以Fe281.33 nm作为比较谱线;(2)快速元素分析仪也可工作在可见光谱范围,可以显示可见光谱图谱;(3)Mo元素在铸铁及各种航空件中为常见元素,由于Mo元素对Fe基合金性能的影响较大,实现生产现场的快速分析不仅可以实现现场的快速分析和牌号鉴别,也为质量管理提供了一个有力工具。
In order to meet the need of on-production spot analyswas,the rapid analyswas meter was developed and thereby the emwassion spectrum of element Mo in ferro-alloys was analyzed and studied. The result showed:(1)For the quantitative analyswas of Mo in ferro-alloys,Mo281.62 nm could be used as analyswas spectral line,and Fe281.33 nm could be used as comparative spectral line.(2)The rapid element analyswas meter also could work in the vwasible spectrum range,so it could exhibit the vwasible spectrograph.(3)Element Mo was a common element in cast irons and various aerial parts,since Mo had relatively great influence on the properties of ferro-alloys,realizing on-production spot rapid analyswas not only could realize on-production spot rapid analyswas and materials brand differentiation,and also provide for the production management a powerful tool.
