摘要
生产缸体时,在配料时选用石墨形态较接近灰铸铁片状石墨的球墨生铁(Q10、Q12)作为其配料的主要材料,能很好地解决生铁中粗大过共晶石墨的遗传性,避免缸筒壁出现黑点类缺陷,以及减少缸体的裂纹倾向等质量问题,获得石墨形态较为理想的灰铸铁,确保缸体的耐磨性和良好的使用性能。
In production of cylinder block,with ingredient selection of nodular cast iron (Q10,Q12) of which the graphite shape close to gray iron flaky graphite can resolve problem of thick hyper-eutectic graphite heredity in pig iron, avoid the cylinder tube wall from black spot, as well as reduce the cylinder block quality questions such as crack tendency,obtain gray iron with more ideal graphite shape, guarantee the resistance to wear and the good operational performance of the cylinder block.
