摘要
462Q缸体在机加精膛后,缸孔壁上出现不均匀的黑色斑点,造成缸体约15%的报废。针对缸体缸孔壁上的黑点缺陷,从原材料、化学成分、冷却条件等多方面分析其产生的原因,并通过改变其化学成分、浇注温度,调整炉料配比等一系列措施,使缸孔黑点类缺陷得到了彻底的解决。
On the cylinder opening wall of the 462Q cylinder body after finishing machining, the non-uniform black spot appears and that results in approximately 15% rejection of the cylinder body. In order to solve this problem, the reasons were analyzed, such as raw material, the chemical composition, the cooling condition and so on. Finally, the sunspot in cylinder hole was eliminated by a series of measures such as changing the chemical composition and the pouring temperature, as well as the adjustment of charging proportion and so on.
