摘要
目的:探讨杭白菊提取液对胃黏膜损伤的干扰。方法:将KM小鼠40只随机均分为正常对照组、模型对照组(均给予0.9%氯化钠注射液)、杭白菊低、高浓度组(分别给予300、600 mg/ml的杭白菊提取液)灌胃;30 min后,正常对照组(给予0.9%氯化钠注射液)、模型对照组及杭白菊低浓度和高浓度组(给予56%红星二锅头酒)灌胃;灌胃量按体重0.1 ml/10 g计算,每天1次,共30 d。采用颈椎脱臼法处死小鼠开腹,结扎贲门和幽门取胃并向胃腔注入10%甲醛溶液2 ml并浸泡于10%甲醛溶液中固定10 min后,检测小鼠胃黏膜损伤指数。结果:正常对照组的胃黏膜表面光滑,皱襞规律完整,黏液较多,未见糜烂、溃疡、出血。模型对照组胃黏膜糜烂、溃疡、出血,皱襞平浅甚至缺损而紊乱,黏液少。杭白菊低浓度组和高浓度组的胃黏膜糜烂、溃疡、出血明显比模型对照组少,皱襞较完整但平浅。正常对照组、模型对照组、杭白菊低浓度组、杭白菊高浓度组的胃黏膜损伤指数分别为0、(20.43±0.87)、(16.14±1.39)、(13.57±0.48)分,模型对照组、杭白菊低浓度和高浓度组的胃黏膜损伤指数均明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01),杭白菊低浓度组和高浓度组的胃黏膜损伤指数明显低于模型对照组(P<0.01),杭白菊高浓度组的胃黏膜损伤指数明显低于杭白菊低浓度组(P<0.05)。结论:杭白菊提取液有干扰胃黏膜损伤作用,该作用有量效关系。
Objective:To explore the intervention of Dendranthema Morifolium(DM)Extracts Fluid with gastric mucosal injury.Method:A total of 40 KM mice were randomly divided into normal control group and model control group(0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection),low and high concentration groups of DM(concentration of 300,600 mg/ml of DM)were respectively gavage.After the 30 min,except for 0.9%Sodium Chloride Injection in normal control group,the rest were given intragastric administration of 56%Red Star Erguotou.All groups were gavage once a day for 30 days according to the 10 ml/10 g body weight.The mice were killed by cervical dislocated method.Gastric mucosa injury index was measured by ligating gastric cardia and pylorus,and injecting 10%Formaldehyde Solution 2 ml into gastric cavity and immersing in 10%Formaldehyde Solution for 10 min.Result:In the normal control group,the gastric mucosa surface was smooth and the rule of plica was complete and the mucus was more,no erosion,ulcer and bleeding were observed.The gastric mucosal erosion,ulcer,bleeding,plica flat or even defect disorder and mucus less in the model control group,and in the low concentration group and high concentration group of DM they were less than model control group.The gastric mucosal injury index of normal control group,model control group,low concentration group and high concentration group respectively were 0,(20.43±0.87),(16.14±1.39),(13.57±0.48)points.The gastric mucosal injury index of the model control group,the low concentration and high concentration groups of DM was higher than that of the normal control group(P<0.01);low concentration and high concentration groups of DM was lower than that in the model control group(P<0.01);high concentration group was lower than that in the low concentration group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The Dendranthema Morifolium Extracts Fluid can interfere with gastric mucosal injury,and the effect is dose-dependent.
