摘要
目的研究还原痹痛宁胶囊的抗炎作用及对炎性组织中前列腺素2(PGE2)含量的影响。方法用角叉菜胶诱发大鼠足肿胀、二甲苯诱发小鼠耳肿胀等急性炎症模型和大鼠棉球肉芽肿慢性炎症模型研究抗炎作用,并检测炎性组织中PGE2的含量。结果还原痹痛宁胶囊具有抗炎作用,对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、大鼠角叉菜胶诱发的足肿胀及大鼠棉球肉芽肿均有不同程度的抑制作用,并可显著降低炎性组织中PGE2的含量。结论还原痹痛宁胶囊具有抗炎作用,其抗炎机理为抑制炎症介质PGE2的产生。
Objective To observe the anti - inflammatory action of HuanYuanBiTongNing and its effect on the content of PGE. Methods Arrageenan（CAR） -induced inflammatoty model in rats , auricular edema model induced by dimethylbenzene in mice and granulation model induced by cotton ball in rats were adopted and in the content of PGE2 was determined. Results HuanYuan- BiTongNing had anti - inflammatory effect. It could inhibit auricular edema induced by dimethylbenzene in mice, arrageenan （CAR） -induced inflammation in rats and granulation induced by cotton ball in rats, and reduce the content of PGE2. Conclusion HuanYuanBiTongNing has anti - inflammatory effect by inhibiting the production of PGE2.
