摘要 为保证带式输送机节能高效的运行,通过对矿井生产过程中带式输送机运行状态的研究分析,着力于对变频控制系统进行优化设计,利用压力传感器监控皮带煤流量的变化,从而转化成电信号进行回传,通过电控系统进行分析判断,调控电机频率,实现转速的平稳过渡,从而实现对皮带的变频控制。 To ensure belt conveyor energy-saving and efficient operation, through to the mine production in the process of research and analysis of running status of belt conveyor, focusing on optimizing design of variable frequency control system, using the change of the pressure sensor to monitor belt coal flow, which is converted into electrical signal to carry on the back, through the electronic control system the analysis judgment, frequency control motor, smooth implementation speed excessively, so as to realize the frequency conversion control of the belt.
