摘要
基于PLC技术对皮带运输机的电气控制系统进行变频改造,改造后皮带运输机实现了智能调速和远程故障监测,降低了检修难度和维修成本,提高了皮带输送机的运行安全稳定性,保障了正常生产秩序。
Based on PLC technology,the electrical control system of belt conveyor is transformed by frequency conversion.After the transformation,intelligent speed regulation and remote fault monitoring are realized,the difficulty of maintenance and maintenance cost are reduced,the operation safety and stability of belt conveyor are improved,and the normal production order of Xishan coal gasification is guaranteed.
