摘要
矿用带式输送机是目前在煤矿中应用最为常见的设备,主要工作环境是连接井下和地面,具有不间歇运输和较短距离运输的特点,由于这种输送机运载能力强,运输速度快,低能耗,工人操作简单,容易上手,使用年限长等多种优点,已经成为目前主流的煤矿运输设备,但是仍然需要定期对其进行维护和保养.本文从皮带输送机的工作原理入手,分析了其使用过程中可能会遇到的问题和故障,以期望能够掌握输送机的整个工作流程.
Mining belt conveyor is the most common equipment used in coal mine at present. The main working environment is to connect underground and ground. It has the characteristics of uninterrupted transportation and short distance transportation. Because of its strong carrying capacity, fast transportation speed, low energy consumption, simple operation, easy operation and long service life and other advantages, the conveyor has become the mainstream of coal mine transportation equipment, but it still needs regular care and maintenance. Starting from the working principle of belt conveyor, this paper analyses the problems andfaults that may be encountered in the use of belt conveyor, in order to master the whole working process of belt conveyor.
