摘要
通过对英国10余所不同层次医学院校的教学观摩和实地考察,并同英国医学院校师生进行深入交流,分析英国高等医学教育模式、课程体系、教学及临床实习等特点,为我国医学院校改革医学教育模式、优化课程设置、注重人文及科研、强化临床实习注重技能训练、关注学生的主体性和个性锻炼、注重创造能力和实践能力的培养提供借鉴。
Through the observation and field visits of more than ten different medical colleges in the UK,and in-depth exchanges with teachers and students of British medical colleges,the characteristics of British higher medical education model,curriculum system,teaching and clinical internship were analyzed.It provides reference for the reform of medical education mode,optimization of curriculum.We should emphasis on humanities and scientific research,strengthen of clinical internships,focus on skills training,students'subjectivity,individuality training and students'creativity and practical ability.
