摘要
[目的]编制适用于老年人群的健康状况调查表,并对该量表的信度和效度进行评价,以便于相关机构、工作人员对老年人健康状况进行全面评估。[方法]成立研究小组,采用自行开发研制的老年人健康状况调查表,对成都市某养老机构331例老年人进行调查,对调查结果采用条目分析、因子分析以筛选条目,并应用统计学方法分析调查表的内容效度、结构效度、内部一致性和分半信度。[结果]形成的老年人健康状况调查表包括48个条目,共6个维度;问卷的整体Cronbach′sα系数为0.950,分半信度系数为0.940,条目的内容效度均≥0.780。[结论]研制的老年人健康状况调查表具有良好的信度和效度,可作为评价老年人健康状况的测评工具。
Objective: To develop a questionnaire for the health status of the elderly population,and to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale,in order to help the relevant institutions and staff evaluate the health status of the elderly comprehensively. Methods: A research group was set up to conduct a survey of 331 elderly people in a nursing home of Chengdu city using a self made questionnaire.The results of the survey were analyzed by item analysis and factor analysis to screen the entries,then to analyze the content validity,structural validity,internal consistency,and split-half reliability of the questionnaire. Results: The formed health status questionnaire of the elderly included 48 items with 6 dimensions.The overall Cronbach′s α coefficient of the questionnaire was 0.950,the split-half reliability coefficient was 0.940,and the content validity of the items was all ≥0.780. Conclusions: The developed health status questionnaire for the elderly had good reliability and validity,which could be used as an assessment tool to evaluate the health status of the elderly.
