摘要
目的探究前馈控制系统在消毒供应中心职业防护安全管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2019年12月河南科技大学第一附属医院消毒供应中心的51名工作人员作为参照组,采取常规职业防护,另选取2020年1月2020年12月本院消毒供应中心的51名工作人员作为试验组,采取前馈控制系统,对比两组职业暴露事件发生率、干预前后职业暴露防护知识掌握情况,并对比风险意识、服务意识、消毒灭菌质量、回收发放质量评分。结果试验组职业暴露事件发生率(3.92%)低于参照组(21.57%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组职业暴露防护理论知识和操作能力得分均显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前研究对象各项质量评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后试验组风险意识、服务意识、消毒灭菌质量、回收发放质量均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在消毒供应中心中应用前馈控制系统后,可降低职业暴露的发生风险,提升工作人员防护意识。
Objective To discuss the applied effects of feedforward control system for the occupational protection safety management in the central sterile supply department.Methods Selecting 51 staff from the Disinfection Supply Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of Science and Technology from January 2019 to December 2019 as the reference group to adopt routine occupational protection,and in addition,selecting 51 staff from December 2020 to December 2020 as the test group to adopt the feedforward control system,The incidence of occupational exposure events between the two groups and the knowledge of occupational exposure protection before and after the intervention were compared,and the risk awareness,service awareness,disinfection and sterilization quality,and recovery and distribution quality scores were compared between two groups.Results The occupational exposure rate in the experimental group(3.92%)was significantly lower than reference group(21.57%)(P<0.05);The theoretical knowledge and practical skill examination scores in the experimental group were significantly higher than reference group(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the quality scores of the subjects before the intervention(P>0.05).After the intervention,the risk awareness,service awareness,disinfection and sterilization quality,recovery and distribution quality of the test group were higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the central sterile supply department,the feedforward control system can reduce the occupational exposure risks and increase the working staff’s protection consciousness.
