摘要
目的:护理安全理念在消毒供应中心的应用效果。方法:选择本院消毒供应中心的40名工作人员为对象,各分为对照组和观察组,分别20人,对照组实施常规护理管理方式,观察组实施护理安全理念方式,护理后对具体结果分析总结。结果:分析对比两组供应临床科室物品的满意度情况,观察组物品发放满意度、科室沟通满意度、服务满意度等评分均高于对照组。观察组的物品合格几率和包装合格几率等高于对照组,分别是9%和95%。分析对比两组案例的服务质量情况,观察组的物品准备时间、取物时间、物品质量等指标优于对照组,数据分析之后观察组的效果明显(P<0.05)。结论:在消毒供应中心实施护理安全理念方式,能提升整体的护理质量,改善患者的整体满意度,值得借鉴和实施。
Objective:The application effect of nursing safety concept in disinfection supply center.Methods:40 staff members of the disinfection and supply center of our hospital were divided into control group and observation group,with 20 in each group.The control group implemented the routine nursing management mode,the observation group implemented the nursing safety concept mode,and the specific results were analyzed and summarized after nursing.Results:The satisfaction degree of the two groups was compared.The scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group.The rate of qualified articles and packaging in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,9%and 95%,respectively.Analysis and comparison of the two groups of cases of service quality,the observation group of goods preparation time,pick-up time,goods quality and other indicators are better than the control group,after data analysis,the effect of the observation group is obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of the concept of nursing safety in the disinfection supply center can improve the overall quality of nursing,improve the overall satisfaction of patients,which is worthy of reference and implementation.
