摘要
通过开展航天产品制造专业工艺故障模式规范化及统一化研究、工艺参数量化控制要素研究、工艺控制要素与工艺故障模式响应关系研究,建立了制造专业工艺故障模式数据库。以工艺控制要素为基础,通过分析不适当的工艺控制要素可能引发的故障,逐层分析底事件、中间事件及导致的顶事件,并将量化控制要素及分析出的各类事件作为基础数据,搭建了具备正向预测和反向追溯功能的故障预测与诊断系统,可快速建立故障树,实现制造环节质量问题的快速定位与分析。
Through the research on standardization and unification of process failure modes in aerospace product manufacturing specialty,quantitative control factors of process parameters,and the response relationship between process quantitative control factors and process failure modes,a database of process failure modes in manufacturing specialty is established.Based on process control factors,the possible faults caused by improper process control factors are analyzed,layer-by-layer analysis of bottom events,intermediate events and resulting top events,and quantitative control elements and various events analyzed are used as basic data,a fault prediction and diagnosis system with forward prediction and backward traceability function is developed,which can be used for quickly establishing a fault tree and realize a fast positioning and analysis of quality in manufacturing process.
