摘要
在信息技术和社会生活融合度越来越高的同时,作为广播影视行业转型升级和跨越式发展的新引擎,提升广播监测监管的智能化和智慧化能力迫在眉睫。从违法频率监测、同步转播监测、违法内容监测和监听频道管理4个方面介绍广播监测的组成要素,在未来广播监测行业发展中为设计研发广播监测系统提供技术保障,为维护广播电视播出秩序提供强有力的管理手段。
While the integration of information technology and social life is getting higher and higher,broadcasting monitoring and supervision has become a new engine for the transformation and upgrading of the broadcasting and film industry and leapfrog development.Thus it is extremely urgent to improve the intelligence of broadcasting monitoring and supervision.This paper introduces the components of broadcast monitoring from four aspects:illegal frequency monitoring,simultaneous broadcast monitoring,illegal content monitoring and monitoring channel management.In terms of the future development of the broadcasting monitoring industry,it provides technical support for the design and development of broadcasting monitoring systems,and provides a powerful management tool for maintaining the order of broadcasting and broadcasting.
