摘要
航天产品质量问题数据是航天工程实践的宝贵财富,是支持航天质量管理工作高效开展的优质资源。针对航天产品质量问题数据的应用特点,分析相关质量管理业务场景,研究提出“分解需求、组织数据、评估结果、支持决策”的四步骤质量问题数据应用流程,分析了质量问题数据的不同应用方法,有助于航天质量管理人员高效应用质量问题数据,实现数据价值的充分发掘,保证航天质量管理工作的高效开展。
Quality problem data of aerospace products are both valuable asset of aerospace engineering and the precious resource that supports the efficient developments of aerospace quality management. In view of the characteristics of the quality problem data of aerospace products,the relevant quality management business scenarios were analyzed to put forward the four-step quality problem data application process which consists of decamping requirements, organizing data, evaluating results and making decisions. The application method of analyzing quality problem data in different fields provides support for aerospace quality management personnel to carry out quality problem data analysis and application,which realizes the full exploration of the value of data and ensures the effective development of aerospace quality management.
