摘要
以太钢矿业分公司峨口铁矿球团厂回转窑为研究对象,引进等离子无油点火、烘窑技术,以期提高生产过程的安全性、高效性、经济性。采用等离子燃烧器作为等离子无油点火、烘窑技术的发生装置,对其结构组成与工作原理进行介绍。针对实际运行过程中发现的点火启动易发生故障、冷却水管路易冻、热裂化室升温过快等问题,进行系统分析,分别提出干燥窑头压缩空气、改进供水系统、优化操作流程等改造措施。改造后,与燃油点火技术相比,每年可减少油耗量240万吨,节约资金199万元,为企业实现安全生产、节能减排提供有益帮助。
By taking the rotary kiln of pelletizing plant of Ekou Iron Ore Mine of Taiyuan Iron&Steel Co.,Ltd.as the research object,the plasma oil-free ignition and drying kiln technology is introduced to improve the safety,efficiency and economy of the production process.The plasma burner is used as the generating device of plasma oil-free ignition and drying kiln technology,and its structure and working principle are introduced.In view of the problems during the actual operation such as the easy failure of the start of ignition,the easy freezing of the cooling water pipeline,and the rapid temperature rise of the thermal cracking chamber,systematical analysis is carried out,and the transforming measures such as drying compressed air of the kiln head,improving the water supply system,and optimizing the operation flow are proposed.After the transformation,compared with the fuel ignition technology,the annual fuel consumption can be reduced by 2.4 million tons,saving 1.99 million RMB,which provides useful help for enterprises to achieve safe production,energy saving and emission reduction.
