摘要
文章针对鞍钢集团矿业有限公司大孤山球团厂等离子点火燃烧器在生产应用中存在的问题,对等离子点火燃烧器进行重新设计和改造。新型等离子点火燃烧器延长了热裂化室长度,同时将回转窑喷煤管放置于等离子点火燃烧器内部中轴线位置。回转窑喷煤管可根据现场生产需要进行伸缩调节,在线调整喷煤管位置。生产实践结果表明,使用新型等离子点火燃烧器,在点火过程中,煤粉燃烧效果明显改善;正常生产状态下,回转窑窑头火焰形状规整,不吹扫窑壁;回转窑结圈周期延长了10 d。
This article focuses on the problems in the application of plasma ignition burners in pellet production at Dagushan Pelletizing Plant of Ansteel Group Mining Co.,Ltd.,and redesigns and transforms the plasma ignition burners.The new plasma ignition burner extends the length of the thermal cracking chamber,while placing the rotary kiln coal injection pipe on the central axis position inside the plasma ignition burner.The rotary kiln coal injection pipe can also be adjusted for expansion and contraction according to production site needs,and the position of the coal injection pipe can be adjusted online.The production practice results show that the combustion effect of pulverized coal is significantly improved in the ignition process by using the new plasma ignition burner;Under normal production conditions,the flame shape of the rotary kiln head is regular and does not blow the kiln wall;The circle forming period of the rotary kiln has been extended by 10 days.
