摘要
以太钢矿业分公司峨口铁矿球团生产线精矿水分含量难以控制为研究切入点,提出采用陶瓷过滤机替代原有盘式过滤机与烘干系统的技术改造方案。以处理量为基准,以质量控制与成本控制为目标,进行方案研究与比选,形成正常生产时采用3台盘式过滤机、4台陶瓷过滤机的工艺配置。对方案实施效果、经济性进行分析,表明过滤后综合水分含量为9.60%~9.76%,能够直接满足9.4%~9.8%的球团精矿水分含量要求;陶瓷过滤机单位成本比盘式过滤机低0.12元/吨精矿,且可节省后续烘干系统费用;通过方案比选优化,年节约成本385.18万元。
Taking the difficult control of moisture content in the pellet production line of Ekou Iron Ore Mine of TISCO mining company as the research breakthrough point,the technological transformation scheme of using the ceramic filter instead of original disc filter and drying system is proposed.Based on the treatment capacity,aiming at the quality control and cost control,the scheme research and comparison are carried out to form a process configuration including 3 disc filters and 4 ceramic filters in the normal production.The analysis on the implementation effect and economy of the scheme shows that the comprehensive moisture content after the filtration is 9.60%~9.76%,which can directly meet the moisture content requirement 9.4%~9.8% of the pellet concentrate;the unit cost of the ceramic filter is 0.12 yuan/ton lower than that of the disc filter,and the cost of subsequent drying system can be saved.Through the scheme comparison and optimization,the annual cost saving is 3.8518 million yuan.
