海洋工程用复合材料常见缺陷及其超声无损检测 被引量:6

摘要 为保证海洋工程用复合材料管线的平稳运行和安全服役,对复合材料在制造和使用过程中产生的缺陷进行检测成为不可或缺的环节,掌握海洋工程用复合材料的典型缺陷类型及其无损检测(Nondestructive Testing,NDT)技术的特点和应用状况显得尤为重要。对复合材料的典型缺陷及NDT技术进行总结和陈述,展望复合材料NDT技术的发展趋势。结果表明:超声NDT技术是复合材料NDT中最有效的方法之一,特别是近几年来涌现的一些新型超声NDT技术,为海洋工程用复合材料的安全服役提供了技术保障。 In order to ensure the even running and safe service of composite pipelines for offshore engineering,it is indispensable to detect the defects arisen in the manufacturing process and the using of composite materials.It is particularly important to master the typical defects types of composite materials for offshore engineering and the characteristics and application of nondestructive testing(NDT)technology.The typical defects and NDT technologies of composite materials are summarized,and the development trend of NDT technology of composite materials is prospected.The results show that ultrasonic NDT technology is one of the most effective methods in NDT of composite materials.Especially some new ultrasonic NDT technologies emerge in recent years,which provides technical guarantee for the safe service of marine engineering composite materials.
